You may purchase from the Probate Court a Testate or Intestate Probate Packet for $5.00 (cash or check only – cards not accepted). A printed Probate Packet contains the necessary forms and instructions.
Upon request, the Probate Court can mail a Testate or Intestate Probate Packet for $5.00 plus postage if advance payment is received.
Accepted forms of payment: cash, check, cashier’s check, certified check, or money orders. Payment shall be made payable to Sandoval County Probate Court.
Fees are NON-REFUNDABLE.
